Es sind Anpassungen erforderlich, um das Geb\u00e4ude bewohnbar zu halten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind Umbauma\u00dfnahmen w\u00fcnschenswert, um die Betreuungsbedingungen zu verbessern und die Lebensqualit\u00e4t im und um das Geb\u00e4ude herum zu steigern. Gleichzeitig wird das Geb\u00e4ude nachhaltiger gestaltet.<\/p>\n<h2>Warum muss das Geb\u00e4ude w\u00e4hrend der Renovierung leer stehen?<\/h2>\n<p>Der Umbau ist umfangreich und betrifft das gesamte Geb\u00e4ude. Auf allen Etagen werden intensive Abbruch-, Bau- und Installationsarbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt. Aufgrund der Art und des Umfangs der Arbeiten ist es nicht sicher und verantwortungsvoll, das Geb\u00e4ude w\u00e4hrend des Umbaus zu nutzen.<\/p>\n<h2>Ist die Einrichtung w\u00e4hrend der Umbauarbeiten f\u00fcr Klienten vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossen?<\/h2>\n<p>Nein, die medizinische Versorgungseinrichtung und der Waschsalon in der Stationsstraat bleiben ge\u00f6ffnet. Diese beiden Einrichtungen k\u00f6nnen nicht vor\u00fcbergehend an einem anderen Ort untergebracht werden. Das liegt an den umfangreichen technischen Einrichtungen und den daf\u00fcr erforderlichen Genehmigungen.<\/p>\n<h2>Wann verl\u00e4sst Omnizorg die Stationsstraat und wann kehrt das Unternehmen dorthin zur\u00fcck?<\/h2>\n<p>Wenn alles nach Plan verl\u00e4uft, zieht Omnizorg im Dezember 2025 vor\u00fcbergehend in die Kanaal Noord 130 um. Dort bleibt das Unternehmen, bis der Umbau abgeschlossen ist. Diese dauert etwa anderthalb Jahre. Das bedeutet, dass Omnizorg fr\u00fchestens im ersten Quartal 2027 in die Stationsstraat zur\u00fcckkehren wird.<\/p>\n<h2>Wird die Kapazit\u00e4t durch den Umbau erweitert?<\/h2>\n<p>Nein, die Kapazit\u00e4t bleibt nahezu unver\u00e4ndert. Lediglich f\u00fcr die soziale Unterbringung stehen in Spitzenzeiten etwas mehr Pl\u00e4tze zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Einzelzimmer werden dann von zwei Personen belegt. Der Umbau dient nicht dazu, den Anstieg der Obdachlosigkeit aufzufangen.
