        2. Pursuant to Article 87 of the Municipalities Act, in conjunction with Article 5.1 of the Housing Act (confidentiality relating to the municipality\u2019s economic or financial interests), to impose a duty of confidentiality on Annex 1: Financial notes on the preparatory appropriation;<\/li>\n
