            1. The Executive Committee takes note of the \u2018Apeldoorn Municipality Information Security Annual Report 2025\u2019 and its accompanying appendices, and approves the letter to the council;<\/li>\n
            2. The council adopts the BAG BGT BRO accountability report, including the improvement measures proposed therein;<\/li>\n
            3. The board shall sign the BRP extract, thereby confirming that you have taken note of the results achieved;<\/li>\n

                4. Recommendation by the Municipal Executive to the Minister for Education, Culture and Science\/RCE regarding the designation of De Hertzberger as a national monument<\/h2>\n

                Proposal from the \u2018Vitaal en Ondernemend Apeldoorn\u2019 section:<\/p>\n

                1. To take note of the advice issued by the Environmental Quality Committee to the Municipal Executive regarding the proposed designation of Centraal Beheer as a national monument. The committee is in favour of national monument status, whilst adopting a constructive approach to striking a realistic balance between conservation and the wishes and requirements of a new use;<\/li>\n
                2. To adopt the recommendation and communicate this to the Minister \/ the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands by adopting the attached draft letter, together with the recommendation of the Environmental Quality Committee;<\/li>\n
                3. Inform the council of your decision by adopting the attached draft council letter. Approve the council letter regarding the decision and the Executive Committee\u2019s advice to the Minister.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  5. Veluwse Onderwijsgroep Budget for 2026<\/h2>\n
