If so, you can take out an attractive loan to improve the properties.<\/p>\n<p>You can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apeldoorn.nl\/regelen-en-weten\/subsidies\/subsidies-inwoners\/duurzaam-huis-en-tuin\/welke-leningen-zijn-er\/\">Loan for future-proof housing<\/a>\u00a0Use this if you are implementing measures for both energy saving and age-proofing your home at the same time. By offering all loans for home improvements under a single scheme, you no longer need to work out which loan is suitable or submit multiple applications if you wish to carry out improvements to the properties within the owners\u2019 association.<\/p>\n<p>The measures eligible under this scheme are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energy<\/li>\n<li>Lifetime suitability<\/li>\n<li>Foundation repair<\/li>\n<li>Asbestos removal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any investment in \u2018age-proof housing\u2019, \u2018asbestos removal\u2019 or \u2018foundation repair\u2019 must always be combined with one energy-saving or energy-generating measure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note!<\/strong> This is the \u2018Future-Proof Living\u2019 loan for owners\u2019 associations.
