When should we prune a tree?<\/h2>\n

Trees do not naturally need to be pruned. Our tree inspector regularly inspects trees in public spaces and determines whether pruning is necessary. For example, we prune trees that pose a danger to the surrounding area, or if branches are too close to a building fa\u00e7ade (less than 1 metre) or cause problems with clearance height. The tree is pruned in such a way that it can grow properly and to its full potential.<\/p>\n

We usually prune a tree once every 3 to 5 years<\/h2>\n

In a row of trees, it may be that one tree needs pruning whilst another does not. We take a close look to see which branches really do need to be cut away. If we remove too many branches, the tree may die.<\/p>\n
