To propose to the council that a macro-cap be applied to the Fuite project in respect of the contribution towards supra-neighbourhood facilities amounting to \u20ac950,504, given that, on the basis of the desired principles and the urban design, it is not possible for the project promoter to bear the full costs;<\/li>\n
  2. To resolve, subject to the municipal council\u2019s approval of the matter referred to in point 1, to enter into a Preliminary Agreement (AO) with OMA (Ontwikkelings Maatschappij Apeldoorn B.V.) for the development of the Fuite project, and to grant a mandate to Councillor P.C.J. Messerschmidt to make any minor amendments to the draft AO and\/or the accompanying annexes;<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Pursuant to Section 87 of the Local Government Act, in conjunction with Section 5.1 of the Housing Act, confidentiality is to be imposed on AO Fuite, including its annexes, dated 18 May-2026 and the \u2018Financial Explanatory Notes on the Macro Cap for the Fuite Development\u2019 due to economic and financial interests and competitively sensitive business data.
