You will receive assistance from one of the providers with whom the local authority has a contract. You choose who you would like to provide your care, and the local authority will handle the arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Personal Budget (PGB). You choose who helps you, when and how. The money is not paid into your own bank account. <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.svb.nl\/nl\/pgb\">The Social Insurance Bank (SVB)<\/a> Your care provider will pay for this on your behalf. Are you receiving a personal care budget (PCB) for an aid? In that case, we will pay the supplier directly, based on the quote you have requested.<\/p>\n<p>You need certain skills to manage a personal care budget. This checklist applies to all personal care budgets (PCBs): whether provided by the local authority, the care administration office or the health insurer. In addition, depending on your situation, the following apply <a href=\"\/regelen-en-weten\/zorg-en-ondersteuning\/wmo\/betalen-van-ondersteuning\/regels-bij-een-pgb\">a few rules<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What do you arrange yourself with a personal care budget (PCB)?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>With a personal care budget (PCB), you organise the following yourself:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your healthcare provider(s);<\/li>\n<li>Arrangements regarding care;<\/li>\n<li>A care agreement;<\/li>\n<li>The administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SVB assists with this and checks the payments<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to know whether a personal care budget is right for you?
