You are a caravan dweller if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you currently live on a caravan site that is registered with the local authority, or<\/li>\n<li>You used to live on a caravan site that is known to the local authority, or<\/li>\n<li>Your parents or grandparents live, or have lived, on a caravan site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We check this against the address details in the Basic Register of Persons (BRP). That is why you must provide a <a href=\"\/regelen-en-weten\/uittreksels-akten-en-verklaringen\/uittreksels-basisregistratie-personen-brp\/\">BRP extract<\/a> Please enclose this with your application. You can request an extract from the BRP showing your residential history from your local council. If you would like an extract from the BRP for your parents or grandparents, they can request this themselves from their local council. If you have authorisation from your parents or grandparents, including a copy of a valid identity document, you can also request an extract from the BRP yourself.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Would you like to register as a fairground operator?\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <ul>\n<li>You must be able to demonstrate that 70% of your annual turnover comes from operating a fairground attraction and that you are registered as a fairground operator with the Chamber of Commerce.
