Helderzorg provides (residential) support, whilst De Goede Woning provides (furnished) social housing on Gemzenstraat, De Hegge and Badhuisweg.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>When are you eligible?\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <ul>\n<li>You\u2019re facing difficulties in several areas, and this is holding you back. You\u2019d like to work on this;<\/li>\n<li>You are aged between 18 and 27;<\/li>\n<li>You are registered as a resident in the municipality of Apeldoorn;<\/li>\n<li>You must have at least 20 hours of meaningful daytime activities (work, education, voluntary work) when you sign your \u2018Living with Opportunities\u2019 programme plan;<\/li>\n<li>You are willing to work on yourself and are open to the support offered by Wonen met kansen in areas such as self-awareness, finances, housekeeping, personal care, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Your living situation is demonstrably an obstacle to your ability to live independently;<\/li>\n<li>You are willing to share the steps \u2013 both successful and unsuccessful \u2013 that you take during your programme with your support team and during the half-yearly reviews with the local authority, Helderzorg and De Goede Woning;<\/li>\n<li>You meet the income criteria for social housing. This means that you have sufficient income to rent independently. It also means that your income is not too high for social housing. You cannot take part in the programme if you are living with a partner or a child;<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re in no rush to find accommodation; the waiting list at Wonen met Kansen is on average between 1.5 and 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Contact and registration\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <ul>\n<li>You need to register with Apeldoorn Council. You can do this by telephone on 14055. Ask for the Housing and Care team, or by email:\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:wmk@apeldoorn.nl\">wmk@apeldoorn.nl <\/a><\/li>\n<li>If you meet the requirements for this programme, you will be invited to an intake interview with staff from Apeldoorn Council and Helderzorg. There is a waiting list for the intake interview. During the interview, you will discuss the challenges you face in daily life and receive more information about \u2018Wonen met kansen\u2019. During the interview or shortly afterwards, you will be told whether the \u2018Wonen met kansen\u2019 programme is suitable for you.<\/li>\n<li>If you meet the criteria, you will be placed on the waiting list for allocation of a property.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>When a property becomes available through \u2018Wonen met kansen\u2019, you will first sign a personal plan setting out your goals and conditions. You will then be given a tenancy agreement for a self-contained flat on Gemzenstraat, De Hegge or Badhuisweg.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
