He liaises with the business owner, the property owner and the local council. He does not replace the letting agent, but helps to ensure that plans are carried out more easily and quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Corneel had already carried out this work successfully in towns such as Utrecht, Haarlem, Amersfoort and Purmerend.
