You must bring your residence permit or proof that you have applied for one (sticker or letter from the IND) with you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Request\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>You must come in person to register. Someone else cannot do this on your behalf. If you wish to register together with your partner and\/or children, they must therefore also attend the appointment with you. Once you have registered, you will receive a summary of your personal details within four weeks. You will also be issued with your Citizen Service Number (BSN) if you do not already have one.<\/p>\n<p>Call 14055 to make an appointment.<\/p>\n<h3>Take to appointment:<\/h3>\n<p>(of all those who come to register)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid identity document or other document proving your nationality;<\/li>\n<li>Tenancy or purchase agreement. If you don\u2019t have one, please provide a completed\u00a0<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/toestemmingsverklaring-20260326-wcag.pdf\">consent form<\/a>\u00a0(pdf, 752 kB) and a copy of the identity document of the person giving consent.<\/li>\n<li>If you were born abroad: a birth certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Where applicable:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Other original documents from abroad, such as a marriage certificate, a divorce certificate or a document proving that the marriage has been dissolved due to death.
