These include works covering less than 35 metres, property connections and\/or the opening of manholes. Exceptions apply to shopping centres and the city centre; for these, you must always apply for a permit or consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>You will need the information below to complete the application form:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The name(s), telephone number(s) and email address(es) of the contact person and the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Please indicate whether this is an emergency or routine work<\/li>\n<li>The total length of the trench (on public land) and the length and type of the surfacing<\/li>\n<li>If you are not the owner or administrator of the network, you will need authorisation from the owner or administrator to submit the application<\/li>\n<li>The name and address of the network operator<\/li>\n<li>The implementation plan, including street names<\/li>\n<li>The digital map (Large-scale Basic Map of the Netherlands, GBKN) 1:500<\/li>\n<li>The existing buildings<\/li>\n<li>The cadastral boundaries<\/li>\n<li>The boundaries between different types of surfacing:<br \/>\na. a description of the proposed route<br \/>\nb. a list of the items to be installed during the works (such as cabinets and access hatches) and their locations<br \/>\nc. a description of any roadworks<br \/>\nd. the cross-sectional area of the cable or cable duct<br \/>\ne. the length and width of the cable trench<br \/>\nf. your company\u2019s existing pipes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Submit<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to\u00a0<a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/mijn.moorwerkt.nl\/\">mijnmoorwerkt.nl<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the application and the necessary documents have been received, the local authority will carry out an on-site inspection. We will also check whether you are registered with the Cables and Pipes Information Centre (KLIC); see the\u00a0<a class=\"external externe-link\" lang=\"nl\" href=\"https:\/\/zakelijk.kadaster.nl\/graafsector\">Land Registry website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive a letter setting out the decision within 4 weeks (8 weeks for telecoms companies). If the decision is favourable, you will receive the licence\/approval.<br \/>\nIn the licence\/approval, we refer to the applicable procedures and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: You may also need an environmental permit.
