To ensure the application process runs smoothly, we recommend that you discuss it in advance with the designated supervisor from the Prevention, Supervision and Enforcement Department.<\/p>\n<p>The application form can be submitted online via <a class=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.omgevingswet.overheid.nl\">www.omgevingswet.overheid.nl<\/a>. Search for \u2018customised regulations\u2019 within the activities section. Please state the reference number of the relevant planning permission and\/or demolition notification.
