You will also receive the conditions applicable to your application when your authorisation is granted.<\/p>\n<h3>Consent processing period<\/h3>\n<p>You must submit your application at least 3 weeks in advance, but no earlier than 3 months in advance. You will receive our substantive response to your application within 14 days.<\/p>\n<h4>Traffic plan<\/h4>\n<p>Sometimes a traffic management plan is required in order to assess your application. This must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a description of the work;<\/li>\n<li>a site plan showing the necessary traffic measures;<\/li>\n<li>details of the vehicles to be used;<\/li>\n<li>how the installation of signs, fencing and other objects is carried out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Cost\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>Applying for the permit is free of charge. You will be charged for the use of municipal land <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tribuut.nl\/gemeentebelastingen\/precariobelastingen\/algemeen\">occupancy tax<\/a>, which amounts to \u20ac1.05 per m\u00b2 per week. You will receive a tax assessment notice for this from <a class=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tribuut.nl\/\">Tribute<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t
