Have you already incurred the additional costs? Special assistance is only available to cover essential costs if the parents\u2019 means are insufficient or if there is a strained relationship with the parents. In order to assess whether this is the case, we ask you to <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/inlichtingenformulier-draagkracht-ouders-jongmeerderjarigen-wcag.pdf\">enquiry form (PDF, 89.5 kB)<\/a>\u00a0to be completed.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to include this enquiry form with the application form?<\/p>\n<p>Do you have an appointment at the service desk?
