Reports may, for example, concern litter, pollution, green spaces, obstacles on the road, broken lampposts, traffic, nuisance, graffiti, housing fraud or businesses that do not comply with environmental regulations. By submitting a report, you let us know what the issue is and where it is located. This enables us to take action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>What happens to your complaint?\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <p>You will always receive confirmation of receipt once you have submitted your complaint.<br \/>\nWe will contact you by telephone within 5 working days to discuss the matter in more detail and how to proceed. We always try to resolve your complaint directly with you in the first instance. If this is successful and you are satisfied, the complaint is then closed. Otherwise, the relevant municipal department will carry out a further investigation and you will receive a written response.<\/p>\n<p>Are you having trouble submitting your application online?
