If your request is approved, the information will be made public for everyone to see.<\/p>\n<p>The council already makes a great deal of information from and about our local authority publicly available. That way, we can help you better.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i4\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>How do we process your request?\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i4\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <ul>\n<li>You will receive a reply within four weeks<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes it takes longer to gather and assess all the documents. In that case, we will extend this deadline by two weeks. You will be notified of this.<\/li>\n<li>If you request documents that mention other organisations, those organisations will be given the opportunity to respond before we make the documents public. Permits issued before 2001 are archived at <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coda-apeldoorn.nl\/pagina\/9\/bouwvergunningen\">the CODA<\/a>. To view these documents, you can visit Coda in person.<\/p>\n<p>Planning and environmental permits issued from 2001 to the present day are held at the town hall and can be viewed at the Omgevingsloket counter.
