You can use the online reporting system to explain what the issue is and where the problem is located. You can also add a photo to illustrate the situation.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tip: Always check the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/meldingen.apeldoorn.nl\/meldingenkaart\">report card<\/a>\u00a0Before you submit a report. There you can see whether your report has already been logged. Is it already listed? Sometimes we include certain reports in a schedule to be carried out at a later date. Examples include removing weeds from the street or mowing the grass. For reports that are particularly urgent, we take immediate action. For example, in dangerous situations such as a pothole or a manhole cover that has been knocked off.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Emergency notification (including outside opening hours)<\/h3>\n<p>In situations requiring immediate action, or in the event of faults outside opening hours that need to be resolved quickly, you can always call us. Examples include a pothole, water on the street, problems with the pressure sewer system or a major fault with the street lighting.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Call 14 055 and dial 1;<\/li>\n<li>Enter your phone number;<\/li>\n<li>You will be called back as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tekstblok_kolom_zijblok col-12 col-md-4\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"cta-side-block text-side-block text-side-block-orange\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"cta-side-block__title pb-3 text-break\">Tip<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Use the Zo Gemeld app to easily submit a report, add photos and track its status.<\/p>\n<p><em>Apeldoorn Council only processes reports submitted via \u2018Zo Gemeld\u2019.
