This will be stated in the details for the relevant pitch.<\/p>\n<h4>Note<\/h4>\n<p>Permanent stalls are not permitted in the central area of Apeldoorn town centre. The only exception is a seasonal oliebollen stall on Raadhuisplein.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>What is a seasonal pitch?\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>A seasonal stall is intended for products associated with a particular season; examples include oliebollen, Christmas trees, ice cream, fruit, biscuits and hot drinks.<\/p>\n<p>The licence may be granted for a maximum of 10 years. You may only use the trading pitch during the authorised trading period.<\/p>\n<h3>Permitted sales periods<\/h3>\n<h4>Oliebollen<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 October to 7 January inclusive<\/li>\n<li>up to 3 months per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Christmas trees<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>19 November to 24 December<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>(Packaged) ice cream and fruit<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 April to 1 October<\/li>\n<li>not permitted in shopping areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Food and drink<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>during periods of frost in winter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A seasonal pitch may be used every day during the permitted period.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Site on private land\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>You may also need a trading licence on private land. This applies if the trading location:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>is located outdoors; and<\/li>\n<li>is open to the public.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can apply for pitches on private land at any time of the year.<\/p>\n<p>You must enclose written consent from the owner or manager of the land with your application.<\/p>\n<p>Without this consent, we will not process your application.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i4\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Conditions\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i4\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <ul>\n<li>The following conditions, amongst others, apply to each pitch:<\/li>\n<li>You are registered with the Chamber of Commerce.<\/li>\n<li>Your site has a neat and appropriate appearance.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for clearing away your own rubbish and waste water.<\/li>\n<li>The site is at least 5 metres away from a building.<\/li>\n<li>You may set up a maximum of two bar tables, unless your licence states otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>The sales display is removed once the sale has ended. If there are several consecutive days of sales, it may remain in place until after the last day of the sale.<\/li>\n<li>Charges may apply for the use of municipal electricity or water supplies.<\/li>\n<li>The sale of alcoholic drinks is not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>You must comply with the rules on opening hours and food safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i5\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Request\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i5\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>It is not possible to submit an application for pitches on council land at any time of the year.<\/p>\n<p>As there are a limited number of locations available, the local authority is using a public selection process. This ensures that every business owner has an equal opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>This procedure does not apply to pitches on private land.<\/p>\n<h3>When can you register?<\/h3>\n<p>The local authority organises an enrolment round twice a year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>February;<\/li>\n<li>September.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Is a vacancy coming up? If so, we will publish a notice in advance. This will state:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the location;<\/li>\n<li>the days available;<\/li>\n<li>the application deadline;<\/li>\n<li>which documents you need to provide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The notice will be published at least 4 weeks before the application period begins.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i6\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>How do we assess your application?\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i6\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>We assess your application in three steps.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Is your application complete?<\/h2>\n<p>Your application must be complete and submitted within the specified deadline.<br \/>\nIs any information missing? If so, you will usually be given two weeks to provide the missing details.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Does your application meet the conditions?<\/h2>\n<p>Among other things, we assess against:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>public order and safety;<\/li>\n<li>the environmental plan;<\/li>\n<li>prosperity;<\/li>\n<li>other legal provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A Bibob investigation may also form part of the assessment.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Are there several applications?<\/h2>\n<p>Are there several suitable applications for the same vacancy? If so, we will compare them on the basis of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>additional offers (maximum 50 points);<\/li>\n<li>a clearly defined product range (maximum 10 points);<\/li>\n<li>design and use of materials (maximum 40 marks).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You must have at least <strong>60 points<\/strong> obtain in order to be eligible for a licence.<\/p>\n<p>The licence will be awarded to the applicant with the highest score. In the event of a tie, a draw will take place.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i7\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i7\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i7\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Site locations\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i7\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i7\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>On the \u2018Overview of Pitch Locations\u2019 page, you will find a list of the council\u2019s pitch locations.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button button--arrow-right\" href=\"\/regelen-en-weten\/ondernemen-en-organiseren\/vergunningen-en-ontheffingen\/vergunningen-en-ontheffingen-voor-ondernemers\/standplaatsvergunning\/standplaatslocaties\">Go to the site locations<\/a><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i8\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i8\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i8\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Cost\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i8\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i8\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>You will be required to pay an application fee when applying for a trading licence. You will still have to pay this fee even if your application is rejected.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanent site licence on municipal land: \u20ac696.04<\/li>\n<li>Permanent site licence on private land: \u20ac464.05<\/li>\n<li>Amending a permanent parking permit: \u20ac173.93<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Use of municipal land (land use charge)<\/h3>\n<p>Do you use council land?
