With the subsidy scheme for residents' initiatives, the Municipality of Apeldoorn makes subsidies available to help residents realise their plans. Think, for example, of a picking garden, a street party or a meeting place in the neighbourhood. You can <a href=\"\/regelen-en-weten\/subsidies\/subsidies-inwoners\/cultuurinitiatieven\/subsidie-inwonersinitiatieven\/voorbeelden-initiatieven\/\">view real-life examples<\/a> To get inspiration for your own idea.<\/p>\n<p>As an Apeldoorn resident, you can apply for a grant of up to \u20ac5,000 throughout the year. Do you have a larger initiative that requires more financial support? The main ones are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is support for your idea: several people are enthusiastic.<\/li>\n<li>You contribute yourself, for example in the form of time or resources.<\/li>\n<li>The initiative is accessible to a wide range of residents.<\/li>\n<li>The budget is realistic and does not contain excessive costs.<\/li>\n<li>The idea is complementary to existing initiatives in the neighbourhood.<\/li>\n<li>It matches the municipality's plans and residents' wishes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional conditions for major initiatives<\/h3>\n<p>For initiatives applying for grants in excess of \u20ac5,000, consideration will also be given to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Public support.<\/li>\n<li>How innovative and complementary the initiative is.<\/li>\n<li>The contribution to self-reliance, participation and health of residents.<\/li>\n<li>Connecting to the Vitality Agenda and the Area Monitor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Which costs are eligible?<\/h3>\n<p>Grant can be applied for costs directly related to the initiative, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organisational costs<\/li>\n<li>Location rental<\/li>\n<li>Communication costs<\/li>\n<li>Thanks for volunteers<\/li>\n<li>Costs for permits and conditions imposed by the municipality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will get <span class=\"text-decoration-underline\">no<\/span> grant for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Food and drink for visitors (unless necessary for inclusion, max \u20ac10 per person)<\/li>\n<li>Structural costs for accommodation, management and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer allowances<\/li>\n<li>Non-emergency or excessive costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How many times can you apply for funding for the same initiative?<\/h3>\n<p>You can apply for funding for the same (or largely the same) initiative a maximum of three times within five years.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The first time, you can get a maximum grant of \u20ac5,000.<\/li>\n<li>Are you applying for funding for the same initiative a second time? Then you can get a maximum of 70% of the amount you received the first time.<\/li>\n<li>Do you apply for subsidy a third time? Then you can get a maximum of 40% of the amount you received the first time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: The percentages of 70% and 40% are calculated on the subsidy amount you received in the first year. So it is not 70% or 40% of the new costs or again up to \u20ac5,000 per year.<\/p>\n<p>Has your initiative changed significantly? If so, we will assess whether it is a new initiative. To do so, log in with DigiD or eHerkenning and fill in the digital form.<\/p>\n<p>Applications up to \u20ac5,000 can be submitted throughout the year. Assessment of applications above \u20ac5,000 takes place in two rounds each year.
