Project organisers who wish to create a visible reference to a moment in Apeldoorn\u2019s history in a public space may submit an application for a grant.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Request\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>Grant applications can be submitted at any time of the year.<br \/>\nYour application consists of the following parts:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Design and rationale<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A design or description of the heritage display, including information on materials, maintenance and safety.<\/li>\n<li>A justification as to why the heritage installation is desirable at this location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Location details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A description of the location where you wish to place the heritage representation, including its location on a map and photographs of the surrounding area.<\/li>\n<li>If there are several heritage sites in the immediate vicinity, please add them to the map and include photographs and a brief description of each site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A description of the level of public support for the heritage proposal. This must, in any event, be accompanied by a statement confirming that the owners of adjacent plots have no objections.<\/li>\n<li>If you are not the owner of the land on which the heritage display is to be installed, you must also include a letter of consent from the landowner with your application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Budget<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A balanced budget with explanatory notes.<\/li>\n<li>Quotation(s) setting out labour costs, material costs and VAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Conditions\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <p>All the eligibility criteria for this grant scheme can be found in\u00a0<a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/lokaleregelgeving.overheid.nl\/CVDR668415\">Heritage Fund Regulation 3.1<\/a>\u00a0in Chapter 6.<\/p>\n<p>Key conditions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heritage art enhances the visibility and experience of Apeldoorn\u2019s history in public spaces.<\/li>\n<li>The heritage artwork will be installed in the municipality of Apeldoorn for a period of at least 10 years.<\/li>\n<li>The artwork is open to the public, or clearly visible from the public highway.<\/li>\n<li>There is sufficient public support for heritage representation.<\/li>\n<li>The amount of the grant application must be at least \u20ac500 and no more than \u20ac5,000.
