It is usually a one-off amount that you therefore have to apply for again and again. With that amount, the applicant makes a contribution to realise the municipality's established policy. For example, in the field of care and welfare, education, sports, art and culture, integration and recreation.<\/p>\n<p>These may be organisations and facilities to which the municipality makes a financial contribution, such as sports clubs, the library or playgroups. Small-scale initiatives by residents or foundations are also supported if they fit within the policy.<\/p>\n<p>Each type of grant has its own \u2018rules of the game\u2019. Such as the amount of the amount, how you apply for it and how you have to prove that you spent the money correctly.<\/p>\n<p>The higher the amount, the more rules and checkpoints.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Description\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <p>As the owner of a municipal monument or a national monument, you can apply for a heritage grant to cover maintenance and conservation work on your property. Different grant schemes apply to these three types of listed buildings.<\/p>\n<h3>Municipal monuments<\/h3>\n<p>The text of the \u201cPreservation of Municipal Monuments\u201c scheme, including the conditions, can be found in <a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/lokaleregelgeving.overheid.nl\/CVDR668415\">Chapter 3 of the Heritage Fund 3.1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Municipal monuments are properties protected by the local authority. They are of general interest to the local community because of their beauty, scientific significance or cultural and historical value. Municipal monuments are designated by the mayor and aldermen.<\/p>\n<p>If you own a municipal listed building, you are eligible for a municipal and provincial grant. Only costs incurred for the maintenance of the listed building (in particular structural repairs and painting) are eligible for funding. The municipal contribution towards maintenance work on a listed building is capped at 20% of the eligible costs, up to a maximum of \u20ac10,000.<\/p>\n<p>For a windmill, this amounts to a maximum of 40% of the eligible costs, subject to a maximum of \u20ac10,000.\u00a0If you apply for this local authority grant, an application for a supplementary provincial grant will automatically be submitted as well. The province provides a further grant covering approximately 10% of the costs, up to a maximum of approximately 5,000 euros. The amount of the provincial grant may vary slightly from year to year.<\/p>\n<p>Applications for the grant are made through the local council; see the \u2018Applications\u2019 section.<\/p>\n<h3>National Monuments<\/h3>\n<p>National monuments are properties at least 50 years old that are protected by the State. They are of national importance due to their beauty, scientific significance or cultural and historical value. National monuments are designated by the\u00a0<a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cultureelerfgoed.nl\/domeinen\/monumenten\">Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands<\/a>. Do you own a listed building that is also your home? If so, you can apply for a loan at a low interest rate through the\u00a0<a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.restauratiefonds.nl\/\">National Restoration Fund<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Request\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <p>Here you will find more information about your grant application for a listed building. To do so, please send an email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cultuur-erfgoed@apeldoorn.nl\">cultuur-erfgoed@apeldoorn.nl<\/a>. Once work on your listed building has been completed, please report this within 8 weeks using the button at the top of the page. (<strong>Note<\/strong>: In the form, select \u2018submit a request for approval\u2019.
