If so, you must submit a <a class=\"externe-link\" href=\"\/subsidie-vastelling-wijziging\">application for the grant to be determined<\/a>\u00a0in. You must enclose the following documents with this request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An application in which you ask the Municipal Executive to approve the grant for the event.<\/li>\n<li>A report on the activities carried out. This report must include a description of the methodology used and the results achieved.<\/li>\n<li>An annual financial report comprising a statement of income and expenditure, a balance sheet and notes thereto. In the balance sheet, expenditure of \u20ac2,000 or more must be itemised in detail. You must also provide details of the general reserve.
