As the lead local authority, Apeldoorn receives these funds, and each local authority uses its own share for projects, courses and training programmes that its residents can attend.<\/p>\n<h3>Organisations can apply for grants for the following purposes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The further development of language centres offering non-formal education activities<br \/><\/strong>We award this grant to ANBI organisations that have experience in further developing a language centre and that collaborate with relevant organisations and networks in the labour market region. Please refer to Chapters 1 and 2 of the <a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/gmb-2026-75142.html\">grant scheme<\/a>.<strong> <br \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Local projects <br \/><\/strong>We award this grant to ANBI institutions and other organisations. A project must be aimed at improving participants\u2019 basic skills and promoting their self-reliance and participation. Its content must relate to at least one of the following topics:\n<ul>\n<li>(re-)integration<\/li>\n<li>links with vocational education<\/li>\n<li>financial independence<\/li>\n<li>parental involvement and education<\/li>\n<li>health<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See Chapters 1, 2 and 3 of the <a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/gmb-2026-75142.html\">grant scheme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Conditions for local projects<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The application must not relate to activities for which funding, in whatever form, has already been or is being provided by the local authority in which the project is being carried out;<\/li>\n<li>Both volunteers and qualified teachers\/trainers are deployed or involved;<\/li>\n<li>There is one lead applicant per project who submits the application;<\/li>\n<li>We award a maximum grant of \u20ac25,000 per project;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>We set an annual grant ceiling for each local authority. The amount applied for by each local authority must not exceed this ceiling;<\/li>\n<li>Only activities that focus on (aspects of) the learning outcomes set out in the Education and Vocational Training Act (WEB) are eligible for funding; See: <a href=\"https:\/\/wetten.overheid.nl\/BWBR0032543\/2018-01-01\" class=\"externe-link\">https:\/\/wetten.overheid.nl\/BWBR0032543\/2018-01-01<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>A project must be innovative or build on an existing project that has received funding in previous years through the<a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/gmb-2026-75142.html\"> grant scheme<\/a> local adult education projects;<\/li>\n<li>The organisations participating in the partnership provide free participation in the monitoring of adult education; this applies both to the (output) measurement carried out by Statistics Netherlands (CBS) as part of its \u2018Beeld Volwasseneneducatie\u2019 initiative and to the (outcome) \u2018Impact Assessment of Adult Education &amp; Low Literacy\u2019 carried out by Maurice de Greef.<\/li>\n<li>This year, we are using a tender procedure to allocate the grant amongst the applicants:<br \/>A ranking of grant applications based on a comparative assessment. An assessment will follow if the total amount requested exceeds the amount available (grant ceiling for local projects). We assess and rank the applications by priority area using the assessment criteria (the tender criteria set out in the scheme). The highest-quality applications are ranked highest and are the first to be eligible for a grant. We then award grants in order of tender score until the specific sub-ceiling is reached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The evaluation criteria (tender criteria) can be found in <a class=\"external externe-link\" href=\"https:\/\/lokaleregelgeving.overheid.nl\/CVDR728501\/1\">Appendix 1: Assessment form for the WEB 2025 grant scheme<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Apply for a grant\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <p>The period during which you can submit an application runs from 23 December 2025 to 21 February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>You can submit your grant application by clicking the button above.
