They help to run activities, welcome residents, or answer questions. You\u2019re very welcome even if you don\u2019t need any support! Just pop in for a cup of coffee, a chat, or if you\u2019d like to join one of the communal meals.<\/p>\n<p>Basic meeting places fall under the \u2018General Services\u2019 provision of the Social Support Act (Wmo). General services are intended to provide accessible and often collective support that precedes more intensive support, which is available on the basis of an assessment. Residents help one another, strengthen their networks and participate in society without needing to rely on individual support.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: Every \u2018Basic Meeting Place\u2019 is a meeting place, but not every meeting place is a \u2018Basic Meeting Place\u2019. We only refer to a location as a \u2018Basic Meeting Place\u2019 if it has been designated as such under the \u2018Basic Meeting Places\u2019 grant scheme.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Duration and procedure\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <p>The \u2018Basic Meeting Places\u2019 grant scheme opens every five years for a new application and award process. In the meantime, it is not possible for new venues to join the scheme.<\/p>\n<p>New applications may be submitted from 3 March 2026 to 28 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>When submitting your application, you must provide at least the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/aanvraagformulier-kwantitatief-bop-wmo-jeugd-v2.xlsx\">Quantitative application form (xlsx, 85 kB)\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/aanvraagformulier-kwalitatief-bob-wmo.pdf\">Quality application form (PDF, 227 kB)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Explanation of accommodation costs<\/li>\n<li>If, as the main contractor, you have not previously applied for a grant for General Facilities: the memorandum of association, the articles of association, the annual report and the financial statements for the previous year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Outcome of the grant application process for Basic Meeting Places under the Wmo and Youth Schemes\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <p>As soon as the results are known \u2013 in the second half of 2026 \u2013 this information will be published here. You can do this by using the \u2018Amend\/Confirm\u2019 form.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of changes you must report include: a change in performance, a delay in implementation, or the cessation of activities or the termination of partnerships through which you carry out the activities. If in doubt, please contact your point of contact.<\/p>\n<p>The local authority will assess whether the change gives rise to a need to amend the grant decision. You will then receive an amended decision.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i5\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Accounting for and approving grants for 2022\u20132024\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i5\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <p>Subsidised applications for Basic Meeting Places (2022 to 2024) have been extended until 2026 and must be completed by 31 December 2026 at the latest.<\/p>\n<p>You must submit the interim report by 1 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Please submit your application for approval by 1 May 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Further information on how to account for and verify subsidised activities, and on the required documents, can be found on the \u2018Wmo and Youth General Services Grant\u2019 page under the section <a href=\"\/regelen-en-weten\/zorg-en-ondersteuning\/wmo\/subsidie-algemene-voorzieningen-wmo-en-jeugd\/\">Accounting for and approving the grant for 2022 and beyond<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i6\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Accountability and adoption: 2027 to 2031\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i6\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <h3>Interim report<\/h3>\n<p>You must submit the interim report to your contact person by email before 1 September of the calendar year. You will find this number on your grant decision, under \u2018Our reference\u2019 in the top left-hand corner.<\/li>\n<li>Please save all attachments as: type of attachment, name of institution, year (without using any special characters).<\/li>\n<li>When you fill in a form, we save your progress for you. This happens automatically when you move on to the next set of questions by clicking the \u2018Next\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<li>You can view your submitted or temporarily saved application on your \u2018My Business Page\u2019 under \u2018Your Business\u2019 at mijnapeldoorn.nl (log in using eHerkenning or your username and password).<\/li>\n<li>We will only be able to assess your application properly once we have received the application and all supporting documents from you.
