Under this agreement, it was agreed that the forty largest municipalities in the Netherlands would introduce a zero-emission zone. That is why Apeldoorn City Council has also decided to introduce a zero-emission zone. The aim of this zone is to reduce CO\u2082 emissions by allowing only cleaner and fewer vehicles into the zone.
