They often face a range of issues, such as having no social network or only a limited one, mental health problems, financial difficulties, and some are struggling with addiction. They use the shelter on a temporary basis with the aim of moving on to a suitable long-term accommodation.<\/p>\n<h3>Supported living<\/h3>\n<p>Omnizorg has small residential units where 34 clients live in a supported environment. These clients have their own place within Omnizorg for a somewhat longer period, where they can find peace and quiet and also learn to live alongside others in similar circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Omnizorg is a partnership between\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tactus.nl\/\">Tactus Addiction Care<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iriszorg.nl\/\">IrisZorg<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.riwis.nl\/\">Riwis Care &amp; Wellbeing<\/a>. Omnizorg operates at a regional level and works on behalf of the municipalities of Apeldoorn, Brummen, Epe, Hattem, Heerde and Voorst. These municipalities in the Oost Veluwe region collaborate in providing social care and supported housing.
