The towers will be of varying heights: approximately 75 metres, 58 metres, 48 metres and 38 metres. The tallest tower will contain 160 flats. It will have around 22 storeys and is intended for social housing. The layout on each floor will be varied. There will be no parking facilities beneath the residential towers for residents because the council has a <a href=\"\/parkeergarage-vlijtseweg\/\">multi-storey car park next to the swimming pool<\/a> is being built with space for around 600 cars. VanWonen is looking into whether there might also be space for a health centre.
