Interlocking paving is not an option due to the risk of rutting. We have opted for red asphalt to highlight the 30 km zone.<\/p>\n<h3>Is it possible to extend the 30 km\/h zone to cover the entire length of Sprengenweg?<\/h3>\n<p>No, in accordance with the road safety action plan, only the section between Badhuisweg and Koning Lodewijklaan will become a 30 km\/h zone. The section from Koning Lodewijklaan to Henri Dunantlaan will remain at 50 km\/h. However, separate cycle lanes will be introduced.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Barriers\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i2\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>Will there be a speed bump at the junction with Badhuisweg?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, there is a speed bump at the Badhuisweg junction, which forces traffic to slow down.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Entrances and exits\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i3\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>The entrance at Sprengenweg 100 appears to be at right angles<\/h3>\n<p>We check all access routes for feasibility and adjust them where necessary.<\/p>\n<h3>What will the junction between the driveway and the road look like?<\/h3>\n<p>There will be a slight rise between the driveway and the road.<\/p>\n<h3>Do cars block the cycle path when they have to wait to turn onto Sprengenweg (Koningen Lodewijklaan and Henri Dunantlaan)?<\/h3>\n<p>If cyclists have to wait to turn onto Sprengenweg, the cycle path may be blocked for a short time. Based on experience at other locations with separate cycle paths and access points, we do not expect any major problems.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i4\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Parking\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i4\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i4\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>Are the parking spaces on Moeflonstraat included in the project?<\/h3>\n<p>No, the car parks on Moeflonstraat are outside the Sprengenweg project area.<\/p>\n<h3>Reducing the number of parking spaces is unacceptable. Is it possible to create dedicated parking spaces for residents?<\/h3>\n<p>We have carried out a comprehensive parking survey on Sprengenweg and the surrounding streets. The total number of parking spaces along the entire length of Sprengenweg will be reduced by just three, which, in our view, will not cause any major problems.<\/p>\n<h3>Will there be clearly marked parking spaces so that driveways aren\u2019t blocked?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, we\u2019ll do that by using the appropriate road markings to show where you can and cannot park.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i5\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Lorries \/ public transport\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i5\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>Will the electric buses be able to travel on the new road surface?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, the design will be technically developed in such a way that it is suitable for all types of traffic, including electric buses.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i6\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Green spaces and water\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i6\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>Is it possible to incorporate the wild plants in the green strip in front of the block of flats on Staringlaan into the design?<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re going to look into whether it\u2019s possible to fit this into the green space.<\/p>\n<h3>The verge in front of Sprengenweg 100 is obstructing pedestrians trying to get to Schuttersweg.<\/h3>\n<p>We will incorporate this into the final design.<\/p>\n<h3>Could you please bear in mind the water drainage towards Schuttersweg in view of the risk of flooding?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, this will be included in the final draft.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i7\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i7\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i7\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Small bridges \/ Footpaths \/ Cycle paths\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i7\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i7\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>The current location of the little bridge near Berg en Boschweg makes no sense<\/h3>\n<p>The final locations of all the small bridges can be seen in the final design.<\/p>\n<h3>Would you like to pave the \u2019yellow\u2019 footpath alongside Klein Geluk and perhaps install some lighting?<\/h3>\n<p>The footpath will remain partially paved. We will look into the possibility of installing lighting. On the south side of Sprengenweg, there is a paved footpath with lighting that pedestrians can use.<\/p>\n<h3>The footpath towards the town centre seems to be at the same level as the road \u2013 is that right?<\/h3>\n<p>All footpaths along Sprengenweg will be raised so that there is a clear distinction between them.<\/p>\n<h3>The footpath along Mercuriuslaan towards the primary school is very busy and dangerous near Schuttersweg.<\/h3>\n<p>The crossing at Schuttersweg is being made safer through the construction of larger central islands. In addition, traffic speed is being reduced by a speed bump and a hairpin bend in the road, which helps to improve road safety.<\/p>\n<h3>Could you please reconsider building a dual cycle path on the UDO side?<\/h3>\n<p>This was considered, but was ruled out because it would have involved additional crossing manoeuvres.<\/p>\n<h3>Have the footpaths and cycle paths been raised?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, the footpaths and cycle paths will be raised.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i8\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i8\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i8\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Roundabout\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i8\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i8\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>Raise the centre of the roundabout at Henri Dunantlaan so that cars cannot drive straight across it.<\/h3>\n<p>The roundabout will have a slight rise in the centre. This helps to prevent drivers from driving straight across it. Visibility of the new roundabout is good from all directions, meaning the risk of anyone driving straight across it is considered to be very low.<\/p>\n<h3>Trees are being felled near the junction of Henri Dunantlaan and Moeflonstraat to make way for the roundabout \u2013 would it be an idea to plant a tree in the centre of the roundabout?<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ll look into this.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i9\">\n\t\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i9\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i9\">\n\t\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Other\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i9\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i9\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t\t  <h3>Please ensure that existing arrangements are retained as far as possible in the new layout<\/h3>\n<p>We are not responsible for enforcement measures.<\/p>\n<h3>Please remove the blue direction sign attached to the large post at Westpoint. This sign indicates that traffic heading towards Amersfoort and Ede should take the Badhuisweg and Sprengenweg.<\/h3>\n<p>There is a comprehensive signage plan in place, with a sequence of signs; this cannot be amended for a single location alone. When the signage is evaluated as a whole, this comment will be taken into account.
