In doing so, we take into account light levels, sightlines and sufficient space for the trees to grow. The trees will be positioned so that they blend in with the streetscape.<\/p>\n<h3>Have the locations of the trees been finalised yet?<\/h3>\n<p>No, the locations currently marked on the map are potential locations. The final location will depend on the position of cables and pipes. We will take this into account in the final design.<\/p>\n<h3>The green spaces are currently poorly maintained \u2013 will this improve?<\/h3>\n<p>We have been tasked with increasing the amount of greenery, and maintaining it is also a priority in this regard.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i5\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Parking and driveways\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i5\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i5\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <h3>Is it possible to create a driveway whilst the redevelopment is underway?<\/h3>\n<p>No, you need a permit for a new driveway. You can apply for this via <a href=\"\/regelen-en-weten\/bouwen-en-verbouwen\/omgevingsvergunning\/uitrit-aanleggen-of-veranderen\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.apeldoorn.nl\/vergunningen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Does the design actually include enough parking spaces?<\/h3>\n<p>According to the car park survey that was carried out, there are sufficient parking spaces.<\/p>\n<h3>Will it be possible to park in my front garden later on?<\/h3>\n<p>Parking in the front garden where there is no driveway is not permitted.<\/p>\n<h3>The grass pavers on Wolterbeeklaan designated for parking create black strips where people will often park<\/h3>\n<p>We want to create a sense of uniformity, and grass-reinforced concrete adds a touch of greenery between the paving slabs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t  <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-u1-i6\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t  <span class=\"accordion-toggle\"><\/span>Sewerage, electricity and gas\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t  <\/h2>\n\t\t  <div id=\"collapse-u1-i6\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-u1-i6\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-body\">\n\t\t\t  <h3>The sewerage, electricity and gas systems are outdated \u2013 will this be taken into account in the refurbishment?<\/h3>\n<p>The sewerage system is being replaced. We are installing a separate sewer for rainwater. Local residents will be notified in good time.<\/p>\n<h3>Will businesses remain accessible whilst the work is being carried out?<\/h3>\n<p>The works will be carried out in several phases, so that businesses and local residents remain accessible as far as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>How long will the work take?<\/h3>\n<p>The works are expected to take around one year. The final schedule has not yet been finalised. All residents will be informed as soon as further details are available. The works will be carried out in phases.<\/p>\n<h3>What sort of lighting will there be?<\/h3>\n<p>We are drawing up a lighting plan using the standard lighting columns used in Apeldoorn.<\/p>\n<h3>Have the lampposts already been included in the design?<\/h3>\n<p>We will include the lighting plan in the final design.<\/p>\n<h3>Hagenweg and Wolterbeeklaan form part of the Apeldoorn driving test route; the width of Hagenweg is a key factor in this context<\/h3>\n<p>Public roads are not designated as specific training grounds for the CBR.<\/p>\n<h3>Could a road sign be put up near Koningspage No. 72 to indicate that the road is a dead end?<\/h3>\n<p>No, the end of the road is clearly visible (up to 100 metres).<\/p>\n<h3>We would like to carry out additional foundation work on Tullekensmolenweg<\/h3>\n<p>We will take this into account during the implementation, and the local council is aware of this.<\/p>\n<h3>The reflective posts near the garden centre and the museum don\u2019t really fit in \u2013 might there be a greener alternative here?<\/h3>\n<p>No, the layout of Tullekensmolenweg must be, and must remain, unambiguous. For safety reasons, reflective posts have been chosen.<\/p>\n<h3>Please include the woods opposite the farm as well, so that it looks nicer<\/h3>\n<p>This falls outside the scope of our project. We will inform the relevant neighbourhood manager about this.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
