Consequently, less water needs to be treated, which saves energy.<\/li>\n<li>The groundwater level is rising. This is because the rainwater seeps into the ground. You must then ensure that the rainwater can be channelled elsewhere. For example, the type of soil in your garden. And the space you have available.
