Relations with neighbours are generally good. Events such as Neighbours\u2019 Days are also well attended. However, not everyone feels connected to the neighbourhood. This is partly because people are busy or cannot find suitable activities. Furthermore, there is scope to improve relations with the residents of \u2019s Heeren Loo.<\/p>\n<h2>Traffic and facilities<\/h2>\n<p>Groot Zonnehoeve is easily accessible. De Maten station and the motorways are nearby. You can cycle to local amenities in no time. Despite the good cycle routes and the railway station, many residents use their cars relatively often. Road safety is generally good. A few areas require attention, such as the level crossing and the junction at the Barnewinkel, as well as traffic flow on Laan van Erica.<\/p>\n<h2>Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Most residents feel safe in the neighbourhood. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is little nuisance. However, many people find Laan van Zonnehoeve dark at night.<\/p>\n<h2>Housing and sustainability<\/h2>\n<p>Most residents are actively committed to sustainability. The homes have been very well upgraded to meet sustainability standards. A small group wants to do more and is working together to come up with a plan.<\/p>\n<h2>Outdoor space<\/h2>\n<p>Quiet, green and well-maintained: that\u2019s what people say about the neighbourhood. Half of the residents feel there are enough places for play and socialising. Some residents would like to see more outdoor activities, so that people can meet up more often. We\u2019ll be working together on these and other issues. The action plan sets out the steps to be taken.<\/p>\n<h2>Agenda<\/h2>\n<p>The following areas will receive extra attention in the coming years. First and foremost, we will be investing time in maintaining social cohesion. We will also be looking at what is needed in terms of traffic, transport and local facilities. Together, we will ensure a safe neighbourhood. We will be working on housing and sustainability. It is one of the places where residents of the care complex and residents from the rest of the neighbourhood can meet. It is also a venue for organising activities.<\/li>\n<li>Every year, we organise the \u2018Groot Zonnehoeve Open\u2019 sports event.<\/li>\n<li>The local council, Stimenz and \u2019s Heeren Loo hold annual discussions on how to strengthen the link between the neighbourhood and the care complex.<\/li>\n<li>Every quarter, the Matenkrant publishes an article about the activities and facilities at \u2019s Heeren Loo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\u2019s Heeren Loo, local authority, Sports Service<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Improved flow of lorries<\/td>\n<td>We are looking into what measures can be put in place for goods vehicles leaving the Ecofactorij. In the Matenkrant, we mention the weekly police consultation hour at De Stolp community centre. The consultation hour is also announced on the <a class=\"external link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.politie.nl\/mijn-buurt\/wijkagenten\/02\/c4-apeldoorn\/wijkagent-apeldoorn-mmmgzdvee.html?geoquery=apeldoorn&amp;distance=5.0&amp;sid=1cbcc8d3-8a1d-4680-9365-4f893f3545e8\">police website<\/a>. Furthermore, \u2019s Heeren Loo and the police maintain close contact. It will be used to store equipment for outdoor activities. This will enable it to serve as a base for socialising and activities.<\/td>\n<td>Residents, local council<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Appropriate support for MVGM tenants<\/td>\n<td>MGVM tenants and MGVM itself are working together to enhance the enjoyment of living there:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are taking measures to ensure that as few people as possible park on the verge directly in front of the houses on De Groene Voorwaarts. For example, by planting vegetation along the verge.<\/li>\n<li>We are asking Circulus to return the containers to their correct locations and to remove weeds from the paved courtyard more frequently.<\/li>\n<li>MVGM provides residents with information on various administrative matters.
