Please check the map of\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.circulus.nl\/\">Circulus<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>The nappy bins are for:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>residents of Apeldoorn who look after children who wear nappies;<\/li>\n<li>residents of Apeldoorn who use incontinence products and do not live in a care home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How the nappy bin works<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You can open the nappy bin using your environmental pass. You must first have your environmental pass activated for this purpose.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.circulus.nl\/contact\">Please contact Circulus for this.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Use of the nappy bin is free of charge;<\/li>\n<li>Nappy waste must be placed in a transparent or off-white plastic bag;<\/li>\n<li>Nappy waste = children\u2019s nappies, baby wipes or adult nappies.
