You do not intend to cordon off any parking spaces and\/or set up road barriers, but you do expect your event to have some impact on traffic. This could include, for example, a high volume of (transport) movements in public spaces, such as the delivery and removal of materials, or cycling and walking events without additional signage. If you are organising a walking and\/or cycling tour and do intend to put in place measures such as signage, please refer to measure C.<\/p>\n<p>B. Blocking off one or more parking spaces, for example to pitch a tent. The basic principle is that traffic must be able to pass along the normal route without being obstructed by the barrier you have placed. You must not erect any fences or take any other measures.<\/p>\n<p>C. Partial closure of the carriageway or cycle path. Your event takes place partly in an area where road users are normally present. Traffic can still pass through, but will be affected by your event.<\/p>\n<p>D. Closing a street. This means that traffic can no longer use this road and will have to continue its journey via a nearby road.<\/p>\n<p>E. The nature of your event does not fit the descriptions given above.<\/p>\n<p>You have chosen:<\/p>\n<h2>Measure A: You must provide at least the following:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A diagram that clearly illustrates the situation (see example I). For transport arrangements, use arrows to indicate the direction of approach and the destination. This applies to both arrival and departure. For cycling, touring and walking trips, etc., use Google Maps to show the route your event will follow.<\/li>\n<li>Date and time of the event. Please also bear in mind the time required for setting up and dismantling.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as you expect a reasonable number of visitors to attend your event and they are travelling by car, your organisation is responsible for providing sufficient parking facilities. Clearly indicate where visitors are to park and what the signage looks like.<\/li>\n<li>If you plan to deploy traffic marshals, you must indicate on a map where they are to be positioned. In addition, a description of each traffic marshal\u2019s role must be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Measure B: You must provide at least the following:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A diagram clearly illustrating the situation (see example II). On this diagram, indicate which part of the public space you will be using for your event. Use a coloured line to mark out the area within which the event will take place.<\/li>\n<li>If you are planning to mark out parking spaces, please state how you intend to inform the local community.<\/li>\n<li>Date and time of the event. Please also take into account the time required for setting up and dismantling. If you wish to use barrier equipment provided by the municipality of Apeldoorn, please clearly state which items you would like to borrow from the municipality.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as you expect a reasonable number of visitors to attend your event and they are travelling by car, your organisation is responsible for providing sufficient parking facilities. Clearly indicate where visitors are to park and what the signage looks like.<\/li>\n<li>If you plan to deploy traffic marshals, you must indicate on a map where they are to be positioned. In addition, a description of each traffic marshal\u2019s role must be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>For Measures C\/D\/E, you must provide at least the following:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A diagram clearly illustrating the situation (see example III for neighbourhood barbecues, Neighbours\u201c Day, etc.), including the traffic measures to be taken. For events on a larger scale than, for example, a neighbourhood barbecue or Neighbours\u201d Day, you must submit a traffic plan that complies, as a minimum, with the applicable national CROW guidelines: the publications \u201cTraffic at Events\u201d and \u201cWorks on Non-Motorways \u2013 Work in Progress 96b \u2013 2020\u2019. It is recommended that the detailed planning of this scheme be carried out by a specialist firm in (temporary) traffic management measures.<\/li>\n<li>If any parking spaces and\/or plots within the cordoned-off area are inaccessible, please state how you will communicate this to the local community.<\/li>\n<li>Date and time of the event. Please also bear in mind the time required for setting up and dismantling.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to use promotional materials provided by the municipality of Apeldoorn, please state clearly which materials you would like to borrow from the municipality.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as you expect a reasonable number of visitors to attend your event and they are travelling by car, your organisation is responsible for providing sufficient parking facilities. Clearly indicate where visitors are to park and what the signage looks like.<\/li>\n<li>If you plan to deploy traffic marshals, you must indicate on a map where they are to be positioned.
