If this is not shown on the invoice, it cannot be processed and we will return it to you.<\/li>\n<li>Include a clear description of the work carried out, the services provided or the goods ordered on the invoice<\/li>\n<li>Please always address your invoices to Apeldoorn Municipal Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On the Tax and Customs Administration\u2019s website, you can read\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.belastingdienst.nl\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/bldcontentnl\/belastingdienst\/zakelijk\/btw\/administratie_bijhouden\/facturen_maken\/factuureisen\/\">the requirements that invoices must meet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Two ways to submit your invoice<\/h2>\n<p>You submit invoices electronically<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>via\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/peppol.nl\/\">Peppol<\/a>, this is preferable<br \/>\nYou can find the municipality of Apeldoorn on the Peppol network using the municipality\u2019s Chamber of Commerce number: 08223882.<\/li>\n<li>Send by email. Email each invoice as a separate PDF file to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:facturen@apeldoorn.nl\">facturen@apeldoorn.nl<\/a>.
