On the form, select \u2018Addition or termination of related licences\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>The local authority will process your application within 4 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The Bibob Act<\/h3>\n<p>Your application will be assessed in accordance with the Bibob Act. This Act allows the local authority to refuse a licence if there are indications that there is a serious risk that the licence will be used (in part) to commit criminal offences. To undergo the assessment under the Bibob Act, please complete a separate application form. You may only install a gaming machine in what is known as a \u2018high-threshold\u2019 establishment: a pub, restaurant or amusement arcade. You do not need a licence to install skill-based machines such as pinball machines.<\/p>\n<h3>Figures<\/h3>\n<p>Each premises may have a maximum of two gaming machines. In so-called amusement arcades, you may install multiple gaming machines. In the municipality of Apeldoorn, the number of amusement arcades is subject to a cap.
