Cela nous permet d'am\u00e9liorer le quartier dans son ensemble.<br \/>\nOn ne sait pas encore exactement ce qui va changer. Nous allons d'abord entamer des discussions avec les habitants et les organisations concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>O\u00f9 se situe ce projet ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le projet concerne une partie du quartier De Sprenkelaar, au nord-est d'Apeldoorn.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9gion est situ\u00e9e entre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avenue Aristote<\/li>\n<li>All\u00e9e de Zevenhuizen<\/li>\n<li>Route d'Anklaar<\/li>\n<li>Rue de Deventer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans cette r\u00e9gion, on trouve notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environ 1 600 logements. Environ la moiti\u00e9 d'entre eux sont des logements locatifs g\u00e9r\u00e9s par un organisme de logement social, dont quatre immeubles comprenant plus de 400 appartements.<\/li>\n<li>L'Atrium<\/li>\n<li>la piscine actuelle<\/li>\n<li>un gymnase<\/li>\n<li>logements neufs<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9quipements de proximit\u00e9 (1005)<\/li>\n<li>places de garage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div data-acfblock=\"Lijstblok-type-1\" class=\"section section--grey\">\r\n  <div class=\"container\">\r\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\r\n      <div class=\"col-12 col-lg-11 elementOnTop\">\r\n        <div class=\"editor__content-block editor__white-content-block\">\r\n<div class=\"editor\">\r\n<h2>Planification<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0 partir de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2026 : d\u00e9but des entretiens avec les habitants (\u00e0 domicile)<\/li>\n<li>2026 \u2013 2027 : recueil d'id\u00e9es et de souhaits<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 partir de 2027 : \u00e9laboration des plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous revenons plusieurs fois dans le quartier, de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res, pour discuter des projets et les adapter.<\/p>\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div data-acfblock=\"Tekst\" class=\"section a section--grey e-tekst\">\r\n\t<div class=\"container\">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"row justify-content-center elementOnTop\">\r\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col article-content__content-custom-1220 editor elementOnTop\">\r\n<h2><strong>Que se passe-t-il d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le quartier ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>B\u00e2timent 1005<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'ancien b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9moli. Un nouveau b\u00e2timent est actuellement en cours de construction. Les travaux devraient s'achever fin 2026. Le b\u00e2timent sera livr\u00e9, enti\u00e8rement am\u00e9nag\u00e9, d\u00e9but 2027. Il accueillera notamment des organisations telles que Don Bosco et Stimenz.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet ne fait pas partie du programme d'am\u00e9nagement du quartier. Pour toute question, veuillez contacter le promoteur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Piscine actuelle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Une nouvelle piscine est en cours de construction sur la Vlijtseweg. La piscine actuelle restera ouverte jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la nouvelle soit termin\u00e9e, ce qui devrait \u00eatre le cas \u00e0 l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2027. Ce site sera alors lib\u00e9r\u00e9. Nous \u00e9tudions actuellement les possibilit\u00e9s d'avenir pour ce site.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour vous en tant que r\u00e9sident ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour l'instant, hormis ce qui est mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus, rien ne change dans la rue. Nous allons d'abord discuter avec les habitants.
