Cela peut s'expliquer par diff\u00e9rentes raisons. Par exemple, elles ne sont pas inscrites sur la liste d'attente ou ne le sont pas depuis suffisamment longtemps. Ou bien elles ne se voient pas accorder le statut d'urgence ou ne trouvent pas de logement dans un autre type de structure d'h\u00e9bergement. Il peut s\u2019agir de jeunes qui ne peuvent pas (ou plus) vivre chez leurs parents, de personnes qui ont besoin d\u2019un logement rapidement \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un divorce, ou d\u2019autres \u2018 demandeurs urgents \u2019. Un logement locatif temporaire leur offre la possibilit\u00e9 de remettre de l\u2019ordre dans leur vie. Ils pourront ensuite se mettre en qu\u00eate d\u2019une solution \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div data-acfblock=\"Tekst\" class=\"section a section--blue e-tekst\">\r\n\t<div class=\"container\">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"row justify-content-center elementOnTop\">\r\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col article-content__content-custom-1220 editor elementOnTop\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h2>Comment les studios sont-ils attribu\u00e9s ?<\/h2>\r\n<h3>Par le biais des services d'aide<\/h3>\n<p>La municipalit\u00e9 et Ons Huis travaillent en collaboration. Elles attribuent les studios aux personnes qui ont un besoin urgent d'un logement. Plusieurs organisations proposent des candidats. Il s'agit notamment de l'\u00e9quipe de terrain de Stimenz, d'Omnizorg, de l'Arm\u00e9e du Salut ou de la Fondation Dakloos Apeldoorn. Les candidats sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 connus de ces organisations ou peuvent s'y inscrire eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<h3>Sans aide<\/h3>\n<p>Certaines personnes n'ont pas besoin d'aide, mais sont (ou risquent de se retrouver) sans domicile fixe. Elles peuvent vivre de mani\u00e8re autonome et disposent d'un revenu. Elles peuvent s'adresser directement \u00e0 Ons Huis.
