Ils sont souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 divers probl\u00e8mes, tels qu\u2019un r\u00e9seau social inexistant ou limit\u00e9, des troubles psychiatriques, des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res, et certains souffrent d\u2019une addiction. Ils recourent temporairement au centre d\u2019accueil dans le but de trouver un logement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 plus long terme.<\/p>\n<h3>Logement accompagn\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Omnizorg dispose de petits logements o\u00f9 34 r\u00e9sidents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'un h\u00e9bergement prot\u00e9g\u00e9. Ces r\u00e9sidents disposent, pour une p\u00e9riode relativement longue, d'un espace qui leur est propre au sein d'Omnizorg, o\u00f9 ils peuvent trouver la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 et apprendre \u00e0 vivre avec d'autres personnes se trouvant dans la m\u00eame situation.<\/p>\n<p>Omnizorg est un partenariat entre\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tactus.nl\/\">Tactus - Soins aux personnes d\u00e9pendantes<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iriszorg.nl\/\">IrisZorg<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.riwis.nl\/\">Riwis Soins et Bien-\u00eatre<\/a>. Omnizorg remplit une mission r\u00e9gionale et intervient pour le compte des communes d'Apeldoorn, Brummen, Epe, Hattem, Heerde et Voorst. Dans la r\u00e9gion de l'Oost Veluwe, ces communes collaborent pour offrir des services d'accueil social et de logement prot\u00e9g\u00e9.
