Des travaux de r\u00e9novation sont n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir le b\u00e2timent en \u00e9tat d'habitation. De plus, des travaux de r\u00e9novation sont souhaitables afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'accueil et de renforcer la qualit\u00e9 de vie \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur et autour du b\u00e2timent. Parall\u00e8lement, le b\u00e2timent sera rendu plus durable.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi le b\u00e2timent doit-il \u00eatre vide pendant les travaux de r\u00e9novation ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les travaux de r\u00e9novation sont de grande envergure et concernent l'ensemble du b\u00e2timent. Des travaux intensifs de d\u00e9molition, de construction et d'installation sont men\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tages. Compte tenu de la nature et de l'ampleur des travaux, il n'est ni s\u00fbr ni raisonnable d'utiliser le b\u00e2timent pendant la dur\u00e9e des travaux.<\/p>\n<h2>Le site sera-t-il enti\u00e8rement ferm\u00e9 aux clients pendant les travaux de r\u00e9novation ?<\/h2>\n<p>Non, le centre de soins m\u00e9dicaux et la laverie resteront ouverts dans la Stationsstraat. Ces deux services ne peuvent pas \u00eatre h\u00e9berg\u00e9s temporairement ailleurs. Cela s'explique par l'ampleur des installations techniques et des autorisations requises \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n<h2>Quand Omnizorg quittera-t-il la Stationsstraat et quand reviendra-t-il ?<\/h2>\n<p>Si tout se d\u00e9roule comme pr\u00e9vu, Omnizorg d\u00e9m\u00e9nagera temporairement au 130 Kanaal Noord en d\u00e9cembre 2025. L'entreprise y restera jusqu'\u00e0 la fin des travaux de r\u00e9novation. Ces travaux dureront environ un an et demi. Cela signifie qu\u2019Omnizorg ne reviendra \u00e0 la Stationsstraat qu\u2019au plus t\u00f4t au premier trimestre 2027.<\/p>\n<h2>La r\u00e9novation permettra-t-elle d'augmenter la capacit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Non, la capacit\u00e9 reste pratiquement inchang\u00e9e. Ce n\u2019est que pour l\u2019accueil social qu\u2019il y aura un peu plus de places pendant les p\u00e9riodes de forte affluence. Les chambres individuelles seront alors occup\u00e9es par deux personnes. La r\u00e9novation n'a pas pour but de faire face \u00e0 l'augmentation du nombre de sans-abri.
