Au cours de diverses discussions, nous avons soigneusement examin\u00e9 quelles propositions et quels points soulev\u00e9s par le groupe de travail pouvaient \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans la conception et dans la suite de l'\u00e9laboration du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Het ontwerp voor de herinrichting wordt nu verder uitgewerkt in het bouwteam. Als alles volgens planning verloopt, kunnen de werkzaamheden begin januari 2027 van start gaan. De werkzaamheden zullen verricht gaan worden door aannemer NTP uit Hattem.<\/p>\n<h2>Approche par \u00e9tapes<\/h2>\n<p>Nous optons pour une approche par \u00e9tapes : rendre la rue plus s\u00fbre d\u00e8s maintenant, puis, dans un second temps, continuer \u00e0 \u0153uvrer pour en faire une rue \u00e0 faible circulation automobile.<\/p>\n<p>La modification que nous mettons actuellement en \u0153uvre constitue une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers une am\u00e9lioration. \u00c0 ce stade :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans la partie nord, la chauss\u00e9e et la piste cyclable seront physiquement s\u00e9par\u00e9es. Dans la partie sud, des bandes cyclables rouges plus larges seront am\u00e9nag\u00e9es, o\u00f9 la circulation automobile sera subordonn\u00e9e \u00e0 celle des cyclistes ;<\/li>\n<li>Une limitation de vitesse \u00e0 30 km\/h sera mise en place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec cette modification, nous r\u00e9pondons aux attentes de nombreux riverains qui ont indiqu\u00e9 que ces mesures \u00e9taient \u00e0 la fois souhaitables et n\u00e9cessaires pour renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi n'y a-t-il pas encore de zone \u00e0 circulation restreinte ?<\/h2>\n<p>La Vlijtseweg fait partie d'un r\u00e9seau routier plus vaste. Avant de pouvoir prendre des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires, il faut d'abord am\u00e9nager plusieurs voies d'acc\u00e8s au centre-ville. Ce n'est qu'ensuite que nous pourrons \u00e9valuer correctement quelles mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires sont r\u00e9alisables et justifi\u00e9es sur la Vlijtseweg.<\/p>\n<p>Nous allons donc commencer par \u00e9valuer les r\u00e9percussions sur les autres carrefours d'Apeldoorn. Nous m\u00e8nerons cette \u00e9tude avec le plus grand soin. Nous voulons en effet \u00e9viter qu'une d\u00e9viation ne cr\u00e9e de nouveaux probl\u00e8mes ailleurs. Cette \u00e9tude se poursuivra en 2026.<\/p>\n<h2>Soir\u00e9e d'information sur le projet d\u00e9finitif<\/h2>\n<p>Le mercredi 11 mars 2026, nous avons organis\u00e9 une soir\u00e9e d'information \u00e0 l'intention des riverains, au cours de laquelle nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le projet d\u00e9finitif.
