Les employeurs sont toutefois tenus de signaler \u00e0 l'UWV, au moins deux jours ouvrables avant l'entr\u00e9e en vigueur du contrat de travail, qu'ils embauchent un r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 ukrainien. Toute personne qui ne respecte pas cette obligation s'expose \u00e0 une amende. En raison de la barri\u00e8re linguistique et de r\u00e9glementations diff\u00e9rentes de celles de leur pays d'origine, il peut s'av\u00e9rer assez difficile de s'organiser. Lucrato aide les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver un emploi r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9.
