Yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bina i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. \u0130\u00e7eride teknik ve yap\u0131sal kusurlar\u0131 gideriyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca zemin kattaki giri\u015fi iyile\u015ftiriyoruz. Kap\u0131c\u0131 odas\u0131n\u0131 cadde taraf\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u015eu anda bu oda binan\u0131n ortas\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor ve bu nedenle d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor. 2. katta, sosyal bar\u0131nma i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan yatakhaneleri tek veya iki ki\u015filik odalara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz.
