Subject: Advice on the Consolidated Regulation on Income Support, Reintegration and Participation

Dear Council,

The regulation has been discussed in detail with the relevant officials using a ‘before and after’ table. The amendments mainly concern adjustments resulting from the Act on the Transition from School to Sustainable Employment, and have been explained to everyone’s full satisfaction. This also applies to the additional information provided by the relevant civil servants regarding the existing regulation.

In summary, we are therefore able to give a positive recommendation regarding the proposed omnibus regulation.
