The conditions for a memorial are set out in the Cemetery management regulation 2018 (Articles 1, 29, 30 and 31).
Please include a clear working drawing with the application, containing the following details:
- the dimensions of the memorial
- the type of material to be used
- the way in which you apply the letters and other materials
- the type of material used for the base and the method of securing the memorial to it
