Are you receiving benefits from the UWV, but is your income below the social minimum? If so, you may be entitled to a supplement. You can claim this supplement applications to the UWV.
If you are entitled to a benefit from the UWV, you should apply for it before applying for social assistance. If your income is still below the income threshold after receiving this benefit, you may be eligible for a top-up through the social assistance benefit. To do so, you can then make an appointment.

If you fall ill and do not have an employer (for example, if you are a temporary worker or if your contract expires whilst you are off sick), you may be eligible for a Sickness benefit from the UWV receive. The UWV will therefore support you with your return to work.

If you have become unemployed whilst in employment, or have lost 5 hours or more of your working hours per week, you are likely to be entitled to a Unemployment benefit via the UWV. In that case, please visit the website of the UWV.
Have you become unemployed on or after your 50th birthday but before your 60th, have you not yet reached state pension age, and have you received unemployment benefit for at least 3 months? You may then be entitled to the Income Support Scheme for Older and Partially Disabled Unemployed Workers (IOAW). To apply, you can make an appointment.
Are you aged 60 or over and have you become unemployed? If so, you may be eligible for a Income Support for Older Unemployed People receive. You can apply for this via the UWV.
In that case, the support service or care home where you are currently staying can apply for a benefit on your behalf. They can do so by sending an email to instellingen@apeldoorn.nl. In order to be eligible for assistance from the date of admission, it is important that the notification is made within 2 days of the date of admission.
You can now make an appointment to apply for social assistance benefits. The outcome of the interview and the start date of your benefits will depend on a number of factors which we will discuss with you during the interview.
