Explanation

• For simple enquiries, please contact us by telephone on working days between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm. You can reach us on 14055.
  For example, if you have general questions about the Environment Act, or need help finding information online and/or completing the permit check on the Apeldoorn Environment Service portal.
• For complex enquiries, questions regarding the content of the environmental plan, or enquiries about options that do not require a planning permission, it is advisable to arrange a telephone, in-person or video appointment with the Apeldoorn Environmental Services Centre.

Tip: To check whether a building project is exempt from planning permission, you will usually need to provide drawings or sketches to scale. Please make an appointment at the counter and bring the drawings with you. A telephone appointment is less suitable for this purpose.
