During this public consultation meeting, we presented the underground route of the high-voltage power line. You were able to give your feedback in person to staff from Apeldoorn Council. You could also send an email to hoogspanning@apeldoorn.nl.
From the end of October 2025, the TAM Environmental Plan will be available for public inspection for six weeks. The publication will be announced in the Municipal Gazette and on the council’s website. You may submit your views on this.
It is not possible to submit digital comments via email.

The draft TAM environmental plan can also be viewed online at the Apeldoorn Environmental Service Centre. You can only visit the Apeldoorn Environmental Service Centre by appointment. Information on making an appointment and the location can be found at Appointment at the Environmental Services Centre.
The municipal council will consider any comments received and adopt the environmental plan. Adoption is scheduled for January 2026.
Once the local council has adopted the environmental plan, it will be available for public inspection for six weeks. If you disagree with the adopted environmental plan, you may lodge an appeal with the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State during that period.
We expect to start work on laying the cables underground in early 2027. In preparation for this, we are already beginning to carry out minor works on both sides of the motorway. We will be able to set up the worksites by the end of 2026.
The schedule is subject to change, for example due to legal proceedings or agreements we need to reach with the parties involved. We will publish the most up-to-date schedule on our website.
