Jedidjah, Customer Contact Centre (KCC) Agent: “At the KCC, I help people every day with a wide variety of enquiries – from passports to parking problems. No two days are the same. I’m the first to hear about what’s on people’s minds and can make a difference straight away. The best bit? You’re really helping someone out. And at the same time, I’m learning something new every day, because every enquiry is different.”
Régy, brand ambassador trainee: “As a trainee, I was given the chance to work across different departments. I’m currently working as a brand ambassador in two different departments. That’s how I discovered, through hands-on experience, what really energises me. In the meantime, I’ve learnt an awful lot, not just about the job, but also about myself. And the best bit? I was given the space to find my own path.”
