Apeldoorn City Council has entered into an agreement with Hoffman Outdoor Media BV for the operation of 300 double-sided A0 advertising displays mounted on lighting columns.

Apeldoorn City Council has entered into an agreement with NPB-Media BV for the operation of illuminated advertising hoardings on lampposts.

In Apeldoorn, there are bus shelters offering advertising space and freestanding advertising columns. In addition, there are LED screens at strategic locations throughout the city. The Municipality of Apeldoorn has entered into an agreement with Global Media & Entertainment B.V. for the operation of the above advertising spaces

You may put up posters on the noticeboards without permission for social or charitable activities. These are posters that are not commercial in nature, but are, for example, from an association, a sports club or a charity.

The noticeboards are intended for the expression of opinions and announcements. It is not permitted to display advertisements for products, companies or services on them. The public noticeboards are governed by Article 2.42(5) of the General Local By-law (APV) 2014.
